She being keeping everyone in 'awe' with her beautiful dark skin and bold bright colors. She definitely has set the bar for style already for 2014. Might seem early but it was definitely on time! Whatever she's doing, keep doing it!

OOTD-OOTN : Hooded Denim jacket

Now I feel like everyone has seen this jacket somewhere, some how.

Tell me you haven't... *waiting*

Well anyways I've seen this jacket many of times and of course I was amazed by it. Loved it! But I've seen so many different prices for it, from $50 - $80, it truly broke my heart. However, every time I would be ready to by ( for $50, of course), they would be gone or not in my size! WHACK!!!

Until yesterday...  

Yesssssss.... I found it! IN A STORE!! MY JOB!!

I was definitely excited to see it but I was very skeptical about it because I can barely fit anything (with sleeves) at my job because I have big arms. But courage came over, said suck it up, and I tried it on. It fit perfectly, so you know I couldn't pass it up.

Now it was $49.95...Being that I worked there I received a discount. I think even if I didn't I would still buy it! Clearly, I wasn't going to find it cheaper so just go for it. It's versatile, it's fun! 

Now back to my outfit:

My friend asked me to go with her BUT (here's the deadly part) I couldn't change my clothes. I HAD TO WEAR MY WORK CLOTHES. *faint* ... okay I'm back... whew! Hence the 'OOTD-OOTN' in the title. Well I just went with the flow. Now before I bout the jacket I wore a denim vest... still went with the outfit. It was cold and a little foggy so I switched up. 

My dress is from Forever 21 (who are having an AMAZING sale right now, online and in store) but it was on clearance. I just looked at the site and the dress is gone. Of course you can use any maxi dress and even add some print to it! 

Paired with a chunky necklace, low Chuck Taylors, and red lips, I was ready for work....and the party (I guess) LOL!

Of course, one drink and a compliment later, I was too cool for school and was completely okay with what I was working .

Morals of the Post: Just go for it and Work with what you got

So I'm doing my usual scroll through Instagram (LaDeeDaDee) and I catch myself looking at shoes... These shoes to be exact!



Okay, did you gasp for greatness too? Good! We're on the same page.

Aren't these gorgeous!! The wonderful LolaShoetique  posted these babies and I couldn't resist but post them. They're so fab and chic. I think what really caught my eyes was the Vogue covers.. How clever! The heel is 6 inches, platform is 2 inches (So you're really walking on 4, psssh light work). With all the colors these can go with anything! It can add lots of spice and pop to any ensemble and make it look like a million bucks.

New Earrings

I'm so in love right now!!

So we all know I'm a big earring fanatic! (If I'm not wearing big earrings something is wrong! You have my full permission to ask what's wrong.) Anyways, as you can see I have a new pair to add to collection.

Where are they from? They're from me! Yes I did these earrings myself. Pretty cool huh? I felt too accomplished when I completed them. Still have a few things to mess around with then I can let you in on it! This was simply an experiment gone right!

HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

I hope you all brought in perfectly, had a great time, and looked Ahhhhhhhmazing!

We're already three days into 2014 and what a great feeling!! We all have these goals and let's stick with them. Let's all make this productive and challenge ourselves. Just like 2013 was over in a blink of an eye, 2014 will be the exact same. However, take note of 2013. "What did I do right", "What did I do right", "What do I want to do" are a few questions to ask yourself. Write them down or make a concept board. Create and Inspire (yourself, first).

I definitely wand to thank you ALL for the wonderful support and sticking with me through this journey. I'm growing more and coming with more ideas, thank you so much!

December 17th, the day I was born on 22 yrs ago... Eek! 

What can I say, I made it!! *round of applause* 

All of my disappearing acts are not on purpose. Just a serious case of writer's block and getting used to being at home without any homework.

Anyways, my day was fun and the margaritas were yum yummy!! I went to happy hour on my actual birthday then bowling that weekend. Now in all honesty I didn't have much thought of what I was going to wear because I didn't have plans... I had the clothes but was still brainstorming how to wear them. Once someone called me I clearly had to make a quick fit. 

The outfit on our left is that outfit. My skirt was made by the lovely CD Blanc and my top is from ASOS , my sneaker wedges are from Lola Shoetique (however they're older so they may have different variations)  .. Everything else is old and straight out of the closet! I wanted to be a little spicy so I let my hair down. (Sassy. *wink*)

My second outfit was something quite daring. I say daring because of where I went... This was my bowling outfit. Bowling in a SKIRT? Bee must be crazy. No I'm just a challenge!! I rocked it! My crewneck is from Forever 21. I fell in love with it, had to have it!
